Relationship Coaching

Relationships fill our day. How they go has a lot to do with our relationship with ourself—which is something few of us think about or focus on.

We all have many relationships in many settings. After our first family relationships, we go on to choose with whom we interact.

If our early attachments were troubled, our subsequent relationships may be problematic as well.

The first relationship to sort out is the one with ourself. Then we can work on managing within bumpy relationships we can't end, ending toxic relationships, strengthening healthy relationships and finding and forming new healthy relationships in the future.

Whether it's dealing with a close relationship, a supposed friendship, a difficult co-worker (or boss), or an intimate attachment, there are techniques that help direct and support our effort to be well-connected.

A life coach focused on relationships may:
Help you relate with more effectiveness to yourself, your family, friends and co-workers.
Support you to manage problematic associations that require on-going connection.
Provide you with tools to identify, acknowledge and possibly leave a toxic situation.
Enable you to avoid an emotional ambush.
Empower you to travel the journey from fury to forgiveness.
"Working with Ilene was a life saver. I don’t know what I would have done these last few months, without her. She helped me understand the big picture."
